Talk:Proof by logic

From Religions Wiki

Creator's Notes[edit]

This phenomenon pops up often enough that I wanted to address it officially. The term "proof by logic" I essentially made up. There might be another term for it, so feel free to clarify that.

A very important concept, whatever it's called. It's kinda fascinating to see that mother-in-laws-dream creep, William Lane Craig, think himself so powerful as to logic "God" into existence by his mere effort of will. "Now watch closely children! All you have to do is line these here li'l ol' words up in in a certain order and a God (of whatever shape you happen to like!) will be conjured into existence right in front of your imagination eyes! Now ain't that NICE? <smug/foolish grin>" --BronzeDome 05:41, 25 June 2011 (CDT)

The article reminded me of a thunderf00t video quoting Dr Who[edit]

Doctor Who: All elephants are pink, Nellie is an elephant, therefore Nellie is pink. Logical?

Davros: Perfectly.

Doctor Who: You know what a human would say to that?

Davros: What?

Tyssan: Elephants aren't pink.

Davros: Humans do not understand logic.
