My holy book is the most influential in history
- "Considered simply as literature, apart from its religious associations, the Bible, in every language, has made a deeper impression upon the human mind than any other book in the world, and the extent to which it has shaped the world's ideas."
So what? It being popular does not make it correct. This is a variant of the common consent argument for the existence of God
It also relies on the notion that the Bible's influence on humanity was positive, which is doubtful.
For hundreds of years, the Bible was preached to illiterate people - small wonder no other books had much of an influence.
