Sentimental fallacy
From Religions Wiki
For more information, see the Wikipedia article:
The sentimental fallacy is an attempt at attributing emotions, like anger or love, to inappropriate situations. The fallacy can be in the form of an appeal to emotion as it induces certain emotions in the audience, and can sway them without any real evidence to show the attributions are valid. For this reason the argument is considered a fallacy.
