As you can probably see, I have created this article primarily so that I can insert all the arguments from chapter 3 (and probably chapter 4 as well). Dawkins has given us a treasure trove of already crafted arguments which ought to be placed in their own articles. I will get around to this soon, but if I don't, please feel free to fill in the details yourself.
